Forgotten Accountname or Password

Hey, I have forgotten either my Account name or Password for my mage account. Any way of retrieveing it?

GM's does not help with retrieving account name.
Your only options are looking in the WTF folder and in the original activation mail.

For the players' security, we never give our account information. This includes username, password, or email. If you cannot get these by the ways Mimma has already mentioned, then we cannot help you any further.

I cannot do that as I reinstalled my whole computer system few months ago
