Hi Nostalrius!

As topic says, Can you please fix the tooltip or whatever makes the Runed scroll uvailible for level 15-19 chars.

The scroll drops from Aean Swiftriver in the Barrens.

The scroll wants u to accept a quest that requires level 15, but when u do it says that u dont meet the requirements for that quest, hope its a simple bug to fix, i beg you please.
