Onyxia questline item bug

Hi, I finished The Test of Skulls, Axtroz and went to hand it in to Emberstrife using Amulet of Draconic Subversion.
Problem was that upon clicking the item I never got the disguise which of course make Emberstrife hostile and I cant hand the quest in.

I tried: relog, restart of client, unloading addons but the nothing helped. Eventually I deleted the item and thought I could go back to Myranda for a new one but that was not to be.

So in short, I've complete The Test of Skulls, Axtroz(the head is in my bags) but I'm stuck and cant continue to finish the atunement.

Perhaps GM could remedy this for me, mark the quest(The Test of Skulls, Axtroz) as complete/remove the head from my bags/and start me on the following quest Ascension...

9 days now, am I using the wronf way to get a GM to fix this?
Cos If I (without addons) create a ticket I see no icon of it or anything.

i had a problem with maraudon scepter quest, took me 3 months to get their attention...

just saying

my advice, file an ingame ticket and annoy them...ask for senior GM coz they are only ones who can sort this out for you

Bump, still needs fixing.
Deleted the quest but doesnt give me a new hopefully working Amulet of Draconic Subversion.

you must make an in-game ticket for this issue: Red question mark, Stuck, Still stuck page a GM, then write your issue in the ticket.
