I've had this graphics bug straight after install, before I introduced any addons etc... I have also updated my graphics card and done all the recommended graphical boosts in my Config.wtf file.
Depending on my camera angle I can have long bars of terrain running just along/above the ground, in the sky, pointing into the sky from the ground etc... parts of the floor can be missing too. This can get quite annoying because it can obscure my vision when trying to do stuff because there's a massive wall of 'terrain' in the way! I've noticed that if I tab out and maximise the game again it fixes the issue until I move again.
