Bugged quest for Desperate Prayer

Seems that I cant learn Desperate Prayer. The High Priestess Laurena has a yellow question mark over her head yet when I talk to her she just asks if I want train or unlearn my talents (I don't have a quest in my quest log for the desperate prayer quest). Any help would be great. Thanks, Kazzel.

Find your WDB folder, check that it has files inside and then delete it. Relaunch your client and talk to her again. If that doesn't help, make an in-game ticket for assistance.
