Banned for no reason?

Hoping this is a bug or something.

Tried logging on to my account but it wouldn't connect, then now that I'm connected it says I've been banned and can't access my account.

Can I get some help with this? Much appreciated, I just started playing so I have no idea what I could have done to have my account banned.

Provide info about:

• Character name (not account name keep that private).
• Server (PvP/PvE)
• Useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process

Create a thread in the support sub-forum Account issues and include your character name , server and any useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process. For the safety of your account, never release any information that could be used for illicit purposes. Such as email addresses, account names or passwords.
