Mind Control and loading screens

I was mind controlled on my toon (Netrimos) while riding the boat from Booty Bay to Ratchet, and jumped into the water JUST as the game was entering the loading screen in between continents. I'm not sure what happened, but I glitched through the world, I cant use the auto unstuck feature, I cant hearth, and I cant speak. Just wondering what I should do.

Get summoned by a friend upon logging (if you do not have combat icon).
Coordinate before you log back on with a guild mate or something and then once you log on and they summon you, then you should be fine.

Please make an in-game ticket for this issue. You do not have to stay online, we can fix it even if you're offline. Red question marks -> Stuck -> Still stuck, page a GM.
