Server: PVP
Hello My Friends,
I have run into a slight problem. Upon turning in the quest for the ZG rep neck, the server went down. I logged back in to find the quest was complete and the neck was not in my inventory. At the time, this wasn't a big deal as I had a better tank neck anyways, so I didn't bother opening a ticket/posting. ( I believe it was the honored neck, but I am not 100% sure as it was some time ago.)
I am now exalted with the Zandalar Tribe. I went back the the Berserker on ZG Island only to find out I could not get my epic/exalted neck without turning in the prior ones. The loss of the neck made this impossible.
I come asking for your assistance, whether it be in restoring my old blue quality neck so I can turn in the next quest(s) or simply restoring the epic version.

PS: I also have a ticket open in game regarding the same issue, I wasn't sure whether a ticket or forum post was needed to get this resolved.
