Character deleted

Hello Nostalrius team !

I wrote an email about this topic about one week ago, but didn’t receive any answer yet, and then I assume either the email address is wrong, or you didn’t have time to answer or didn’t want to. Then I am posting here just to confirm from a GM if possible (I am posting with a separate account from my game account as I lost the forum password (not the game password) of the first).

First of all I want to thank very much the whole Nostalrius team for the fantastic job you did and still do, and for the great fun I had to rediscover the good old vanilla times during one year, leveling a druid from lvl1 to 60, participating in many groups for quests and dungeons and collective play, then the 60 instances and raids, mostly in Molten Core, that was great! Thanks not only for me, but for the whole community still playing!

Now to the subject of my request, it happened about ten days ago that I had an argument with my wife about my playing time, and I really don’t understand exactly why I did that but after it I was much confused and angry, and I decided to delete all my characters. Now I realize how I was confused and would like to get my characters back, but I have read somewhere in the forum that it would not be possible.

I don’t know if an exception would be possible for my case, and would appreciate if you could contact me in private correspondence about this topic. Without any answer, I assume that it will not.

I’m so sad about it because it was thanks to your so wonderful project that I could re-taste the joy to play in vanilla groups and raids again, and now because of my stupidity I cannot anymore in 60 end-game, for which I recognize my fault and ask for apologize as I did not show respect for your job as doing this stupidity. I don’t know if I will re-create a druid and level it again from lvl1 to 60, it will depend on my availability in next months.

Then I am also posting here to tell goodbye to the whole 60-playing community with which I will not play in 60 groups and raids for a long time, thank you all for the good time passed in dungeons and raids, and just continue to have fun in this fantastic game !

Independently from my request’s result if it would be accepted or not, the words will never be enough to express my so great gratitude to Nostalrius team, reason for which I donated in the past when you requested for a servers capacity extension, and would also in the future in case of new need.
Please continue the great job and involvement that provides this game to a worldwide community, and have all of you, players and Nost team members, great fun in all your job and personal activities !
