I don't want to submit a bug for something that isnt possible so id like to ask first.

But for any mage that knows, there is a tome that spawns in the conservatory in DM:E right next to the pack of 3 elite lashers inside the vines. IT IS possible to grab this tome, i have seen my mage friend in my guild come in and grab it. Yet no matter how many times i try, no matter how slowly or how exactly i copy his movements, i cannot reach it without aggroing the mobs.

So my question is, is it possible that my characters ability to reach objects in shorter than everyone elses? or perhaps is his ability to reach objects greater than everyone elses?

Are you sure they don't use invisibility potion or something like that?

What I understand is that you can only start to loot it while out of combat, but you can continue loot if you get into combat.

ya no he doesnt use an invis pot or anything im sure

Female gnomes are smallest mages and can grab the book without aggroing any plants. Others can't.
