Thorium Brotherhood Rep - Can't get "Gaining Acceptance"

I'm friendly with Thorium Brotherhood and I'm trying to get honored on the PVE server.
I'm unable to get this quest.

Master Smith Burninate isnt offering me and quests since I turned friendly. I've done What the Flux? quest, and the repeatable Iron Bar quest to get Friendly.

Quest doesn't exist yet, because it was added at a later patch (1.5).

ah okay - so how do I get to honored? with cores in BRD?

The only way to get honored or higher(currently on the PvE server) is the turn-ins in BRD (Fiery Core, Lava Core, Core Leather, Dark Iron Ore, Blood of the Mountain).
