Tome of Divinity questline unavailable.

Description of problem:

I skipped the tome of divinity questline while leveling and managed to never go back for it(I solo leveled to 60 so I never needed it). I have since hit 60 and went back to the quest givers to learn redemption and none of the quest givers offer the quest. It appears my character has no way to learn redemption.

The NPCs in question are:

Tiza Battleforge
Duthorian Rall
Azar Stronghammer
