Items and quest are gone - Screenshots included

Hello.
Today, I've attended a random BRD princess save run. We took the longer path (7D -> tavern) and it took us some time to get there. Eventually, we killed the Emperor and let the princess live to complete the quest.

He dropped two items:
Dreadforge Retaliator - http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=11931
The Emperor's New Cape - http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=11930

I won both items because there was no other roller. I had them both in my inventory (you can look at screenshots). Both of them were really important for me and both were a pretty big upgrade.

We also completed quest "The Fate of the Kingdom" - http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=4362

30 seconds after we completed the quest and said goodbye to each other, the server crashed for approximately 10 minutes. Once I logged back in, it was just me and rogue online. Items, boss, quest completion - all gone. And to my tears, the princess was hostile, so I couldn't complete the quest.

My question is: Can I somehow get my items back, please? I have all the evidence and screenshots.

Unfortunately we do not restore lost items. You will have to run BRD again.
