Policy on using chrome Remote Desktop ?

I've seen several posts mentioning using chrome Remote Desktop. A few of those posts were ban appeals. For the most part, it seems people who were banned while using Remote Desktop were also guilty of some other violation. As such, I could not find conclusive evidence for the policy on using such a program.

Would a Nostalrius staff member please answer the following question:

Is simply using chrome Remote Desktop to access the WoW client and connect to nostalrius considered a bannable offense?

Example of use case:

Using Chrome Remote Desktop app on iPhone, connect remotely to my desktop computer Windows 7 at home while I am at work.

I check mail, post/check auctions.
I make no attempt to pvp or join a battleground.
Maybe level a trade skill (if permitted)

Using chrome remote desktop is permitted, and has no bearing on any bans enacted on players.
