am I allowed to login from another place with another IP Adress? Because I'm not home this weekend and wanted to know if I have to fear a ban because of the sudden IP change when I play on my Laptop?

Yes there is no issue with this. We do not go solely by IP address to determine if someone is account sharing or trading.
Be very careful if you log in on a computer that you do not control however, since this can be a source of an account security breach.
