Items disappear because the server disconnection

To GM and Who concerns,
Hi, dear GM, my guild was raiding in BWL, and just killed down the second boss in BWL however, we encountered the server disconnection problem while we are looting the items, and we all disconnected from the server, after a while when we were able to log in, we can not see boss and items at all.
we had three items : Bloodfang Belt. Dragonfang Blade, Nemesis Belt.
which supposed to distribute to our raid members : Bloodfang Belt to Bambusoideae; Dragonfang Blade to Crazycpp ;Nemesis Belt to Convin .
Our Guild : WGHLW;
Our Guild leader and raid leader that you may contract with: Majsoul.
raid id: 1943

Make an in-game ticket and include a link to this screenshot. Post the names of the players who received the loot and remember to include your raid ID.
