come in GM,need help

First of all,caz my poor English ,i finish this post by dictionary.Pls try to read my point,i will post some picture to help explain my proposition.
1.my cha ID is "oppfire" ,i lost my account . i cant log in the game ,i dot know its been banned or been steal.
Before play in Nostalrius,i have play in Feenix for a time.as u see in the picture.

In China i cant Registered Account,caz i cant see the Verification code.So as many Chinese player do ,i find a guy who is in a BBS help others Registered Accoun.Thats happened on 2015/12/28 11:12:05 Beijing time.there r some chat history in Chinese maybe u cant understand ,but its mentions the account ID ,EMAIL which is same as my OICQ number, and the same cha ID as Feenix oppfire

2.Yestoday i cant log in the game,i dot know why .some player talk to me ,maybe i use the addon speak Chinese make my cha banned.so i have make a post ,but have no reply from GM.A half day later a player told to me ,if the account banned the GM should send a email to me .so i check my email but find nothing from the GM.Then i asked the guy who help me Registered Account，is he made a mistake use a worng Email address .the answer from this guy is ,he use his Email when help me Registered Account,3 monthes later after i have lvl up to 60,he change my password. Now he ask me to give him 200 CHY about 35 $ to get my account back.


I dot know whether i can ask my account back ,i just want the GM can ban the account forever if i cant get it back .Make sure the thief cant use my account to make money.

Account security is your responsibility, so whatever action was done on your account while hacked will be following normal rules. If that includes gold selling, then a permanent ban will be issued on that account.

GM's does not recover hacked accounts, so you need to review your security practice before creating a new account.

• Do you share your account information with anyone? Friend, brother, wife ....
• Is your account name easy to guess? You didn't use your forum or character name as account name?
• Is your password easy to guess? At least 10 characters long including numbers.
• Do you download stuff from suspicious sites (which may include keyloggers) ?

ty for ur advise,but maybe u havet catch my point.
1.I dot know is the cha ppfire banned or not .
2.because some reason i cant Registered Account myself,there is a principal-agent relation .so the account belong to me,but the agent havet use my email to Registered Account.so the agent can change my password ,and i cant use Email to get my passport back.
3.accouding the chat history,and prt sc from FEENIX.the account and the cha "oppfire" is belong to me.
4.what i want is ask the GM check that the account banned or been change password.
5.if the result is the account been change password by the guy who help me Registered Account.i hope GM can get my account back or banned the account forever.caz i dot want the one who went back his word use my account to make money.

caz there is a Network blockade in China.For example, u cant visit YOUTUBE ,use FACEBOOK in China.im not the only one who ask other help Registered Account ,but i hope im the only one been steal accout.

I can't agree with you completely. You suggest handling too negative. Restore the truth, is a positive attitude to deal with problems. If you had been stolen in real life, we need to do is not from recognize unlucky, but rather to provide evidence to find those responsible, it's not just reduce their losses, is also to prevent more people from the same experience.

According to the screenshot above, account has not been ban, thats mean someone steal my account. please help me to find my account back or ban the account.
