Item issue after server crash.

Hello Nostalrius Game Masters!

I would like to report an item issue we had today regarding our ZG run and loot drops from Bloodlord Mandokir!
After killing him we happily saw the "Swift Razzashi Raptor" and before we could hand it out to the rightful owner we all got disconnected due to a server crash. 5 minutes later when we get back online Bloodlord Mandokir is gone and so is our loot, including the mount.

Feel free to check timestamps in my chat and compare it to the server crash.

Please help us with this and show that you care about the raiding guilds on your server.

I can understand and respect that rule due to people trying to scam their way into stuff they aren't entitled to. But I have provided solid proof that these items dropped for us, and the server crash is the reason we couldn't retrieve them. Hopefully this is reason enough for them to take a few minutes and review the case.
