Npc not have the quest!

Hello there.
I have prob with quest in fellwood the npc not have it. Quest name is Timbermaw Ally plz help i need the rep!!!

char name : amdme
realm : pvp
orc shaman!

This quest will be added in a later patch.

I ask some ppl on server and on my guild and all say me have it complete .
And im 99% sure i have it complete in another char! without this quest i cant take and next quests!

Please give a little more attention to the issue. thanx.

You're either talking about quest that is only available once you hit Neutral reputation with the Timbermaw or you're talking about a quest that is not supposed to be in the game yet - some Timbermaw related quests were mistakenly available earlier and have been taken out.
