Shield Spike don't appear to be working.

I skimmed through the combat log when I blocked and found no notification of my iron shield spike dealing any damage whatsoever.

Maybe thats combat log issue? Test it in Duel or on critters(aggro it with demo shout and wait for block. If Spike is working - critter will die)
