No loot from Onyxia

On Monday evening (well tuesday morning in EU) we killed Onyxia, just as she was about to die at 1% she turned grey and dropped no loot, we were instantly able to skin her.

A ticket was made by my guild officer to GMs but no reply or help was given until now. I am hoping that this forum post will get us somewhere. Thanks.

As was answered to your ticket, we cannot restore loot that did not drop in the first place. Please report this issue in our Bug Tracker.
