cant change password. no letters to mail

After resetting the password-dont receive a letter on mail .
[email protected] added to my contacts / white list.

RESET YOUR PASSWORD
An email was successfully sent to **********@******

but no letters . Spam folder and all the other check

I contacted customer e-mail support , and they asked to see if the sender's server receives (ie you) a report on the delivery of the letter?

Same problem I encountered 2 days ago still no answear.
any assisantance would be much apreciatted.
