28th of feburary i did a mc with my guild. i got T1 rouge boots and a while after the server crashed (around 22 Server Time)and then they dissapeared coudl i egt help with this?

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration
Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

How to contact Game Master on Nostalrius:
1. Click the red question-mark "?".
2. Click button "Issues that GMs can assist with".
3. Choose "STUCK" (Yes, even if you are not stuck, choose this for ALL issues on Nostalrius).
4. Click "Still not working, Page a GM".
5. Write ticket. Attach as much information and evidence as possible.

This is how you contact Game Master on Nostalrius. You will make a ticket for "Stuck" even if you are not stuck. This is how it works on Nostalrius and is the correct way of doing it here!

You will need to provide undeniable proof, you need a screenshot of the Raid ID, and a Screenshot of the Item actually being given to you, otherwise they will NOT restore the item.
