Account banned??

I was trying to PSt a few ppl and ask them if their chat was working. (My whispers were working but most of the times i tried general and /say were not) After reaching SW and whispering them to see if they were having the same issue I was quickly D/Ced and my account says it is closed and no longer available for use.

Do you happend to be low level? In that case it may be a false positive to the spamfilter. As it's being said try and not use General and Trade before a certain level.

No matter the case, you would need to post your Characters name (NOT ACCOUNT) and what server you are on, and then a GM can look into your case.
