Account closed ???

hello my account was closed but i do not have idea why i just did alt tab for my bankcharacter and now i can't loggin in game :<

If you talked in a public chat channel on your bank alt you may have been flagged by the anti spam, post your character name here and a GM will get back to you.

You say you alt tabbed over to your bank character indicating that you had a second toon in game at the same time. If that second toon was anywhere other then a major city, you were multi-boxing and learned a hard lesson that will carry over when you create a new room to play.

If both were in a major city at the same time then a GM will be along shortly to assist you. But I'm thinking the first scenerio likely applies
