Disconnect every minute

Hello,

My friend and I are levelling together, and the last 10 minutes he has been disconnecting every minute. What is going on? It's no PC or our internet problem, because we're on the same internet, and I'm fine without any disconnects, just my friend, so don't tell me it's a PC / Internet problem from our side.

Also, where can we change our in-game (not forum) passwords here? He wants to change his pass. Thanks in advance!
