Latency Issues

Does anyone know why my latency is really high? It usually ranges from 190-300. But when I play other games right after playing Vanilla, like League of Legends, my latency is constant at 60-70.

Is it something unfixable like server locations or is there something I can do to lower my latency.

The servers are located in Western Europe so if you're on the East Coast (US) or even Australia you may have latency issues.

Where are you located? If you are on the western hemisphere, you cannot get lower than 100ms as every ISP has to have your information travel across the transatlantic/pacific telecommunications line. The quickest one is 80ms from the US east coast to western Europe.
