Item Lost

Hi,

i have a Problem.

Last Tuesday, i was in Molten Core. I got the "Nemesis Leggins" (WL T2) and was very happy about it.
My husband, he also Plays on Nostalrius, was in my account to handle my buiseness for me. So he wanted to clear my bags and accidently he enchanted the Pants. He got 2 Nexus shards for this and noticed in this moment his mistake.

But it was a missclick from him and so i want to ask, if you could restore this item and take back the shards?.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

Also, you might want to stop sharing your account since that is against the terms of use and your account can be banned for it (even if it is your husband). Might also have avoided him accidentally d/e'ing T2 legs:

You may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, and any such attempt will result in an immediate account closure."
