Insane Latency/Disconnects for past 30 minutes

Myself and some other US members located in different states have been constantly disconnected or with 3k+ latency for the past 30 minutes. Any information? Any others experiencing the same predicament?

Asian peak time. Not sure why they let them play on here when all it does is lag the server and contribute nothing with their blank lines of text. :/

I've been having problems lately playing on the PVE server. Right now, it's unplayable for me. Also in the US.

pvp server for me, USA. Unplayable. I can play for about 5 seconds, then I lag out.
