Can't Create New Account?

I have been trying to create an account for my friend today so we can play together, but we both keep getting the same error message "Account limit reached" regardless of who's computer we try it on.

Is this just the server being busy? Or does anyone have an idea what this is about or how to resolve it so I can make her an account?


Any assistance would be very appreciated. Thanks!

How many accounts have you created in total? It sounds like you've reached the limit from that IP Address.
