I can not do the quest, because it is never have in place, can do something at last?

Pretty sure he is referring to the quest where you have to talk to Sprinkle in Gadgetzan on behalf of Marin Noggenfogger. Usually Sprinkle isn't there because somebody killed her and her respawn timer is long as shit.

Please make an in-game ticket for this issue. Red question mark - Stuck - Still stuck, page a GM. Explain in the ticket that Sprinkle is missing, we will track her down.
