Was your account hacked?

Just thinking it would be nice to see if we could discover the commonalties in the recently hacked accounts. I don't know that any of you will decide it's worthwhile to answer these questions...I'm not entirely sure that staff would be appreciative of the answers, but I've got some time on my hands to ask anyway : )

Contrary to some opinions, your account will not be auto banned if it was hacked, but would be open to such if the hack appears to be ongoing.

Questions, answer what you can:

1. Approximate date of hack
2. PvP or PvE
3. list all of your AddOns (and versions)
4. Mac, Windows, Unix, etc. Version
5. Play other Private Wow servers? Which? Was your account information similar?
6. Registered on Bugtracker? Was the account information similar?
7. Have any of your other accounts anywhere been hacked recently? Which? When?
8. Did you have similar credentials anywhere that you believe may be relevant? Where?
9. Was your computer insecure/not protected/shared?
10. Do you have reason to believe your own computer was susceptible to key logging or some type of malware?
11. In hindsight, was your account name and/or password easy to guess?
12. Did you recently follow a link to a supposed Nostalrus page that was in fact not Nostalrius?
13. Anything else you can think of:

If anyone cares to answer this we can refine these questions with your insight and guidance and perhaps pinpoint a vital commonality.

I would recommend anyone that got hacked to download the below program to check if anything suspicious is on their computer as well. It is free and doesn't immediately quarantine false positives. It will give you a list of possible threats and what you want to do with them. obviously the threat we are looking for is "backdoor" or "keylogger"

Mine never was hacked. I scan using the linked software on a near daily basis and never use the same login anywhere.

Okay, choose a free program someone can download to just do a quick scan of their PC then. One that keeps their database updated quite frequently with near zero false positives. Only false positives I get aren't really false as they are in general malicious code. Be constructive instead of trolling please. I gave a program which is easy to access and will give you the type of threat without automatically quarantining every threat found. FYI, no, I don't use McAfee, nor Norton, nor AVG or any other program that automatically quarantines the threat and makes you go through hoops to get the file back. I have rootkits for android and I don't like those being quarantined. This is why I use mwb as I can put those kits on a white list.

Edit: back to the subject, until Anterozz gives a better free solution, it is advised to scan your PC for any threats that may have logged your info. This was my original intent was to help see if there is a rogue keylogger that was downloaded from either an add-on you all share, or from a website you all went to as it was said from one user he had a keylogger and that is how his account got hacked.
