Account Closed

Hi GM team,

I have been banned 2 days ago and you guys unbanned me.
Now i'm trying to log in and it says my account has been closed...

Characters : Bülma & Albüs
Sever : PVP

Please ? What happened ? :cry:

Probably a ChatSpam again.

You should avoid using public chat channels below level 15 and disable every addon that might use the chat.

A GM will most likely unban you soon.

Everything was fine yesterday night, i tried to log in today and it says ''account closed''.

I got banned for the ChatSpam thing and i didnt chat ingame since then...

But...when an account get banned, it says ''account banned'', not ''closed'' isnt it ?...

If an account gets permanently banned, and ChatSpam is permanently, then you will receive "This account has been closed and is no longer available for use".

If you get suspended, you will get "This account has been temporarily suspended"
