Unable to login into website

I recently decided I would like to return to Nostalrius after stopping for a couple of months. I had played a dwarf rogue to around lvl 20, and stopped. Now, im really down to get started again on my rogue and keep him going, but I cant log in on the nostalrius website https://en.nostalrius.org/login . Everytime I try, it says "Login failed! Bad credentials." I've reset my password twice and it still does this, and I'm unsure why. My username is correct, since I received the email confirmation of password change with my username (shnoblz) in it. What should I do?
