Minor bug - Critters

as a priest i cannot put a dot on the critters in the world any other spell works

Same for warlock's fear and any other non-direct damage spell I think.

Critters also don't give rage when auto-attacked in Druid Bear Form. Please fix! Need moar rage in Wailing Caverns.
