Edit Account Settings

I can't find any option to edit my account settings after logging in. Under my username, there aren't any options in "Account"

It is not possible, thats why you can't find it.

If you want to change your password just go to the log in and select the "Forgot your Password?" if not than there's nothing you really need to change. The name doesn't matter because if you get hacked you're forced to make a new account either way. There's no address or other information needed either since they do it by IP.
