'Disconnected from Server'

Every single time I attempt to log onto my main account I am met with the attempt to log on, followed by 'Disconnect from Server'.
I created a second account to see if it was an issue regarding my connection, but the new account can open fine. Can anyone help me? I've tried resetting password, and locking IP area, removing WTF folders, all that sort of thing.

Same problem with my account,before it log in I get disconnected.Did you fix it?any suggestions?

Try changing your country lock setting. You can do this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is not working for you, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
