Hello,
I have problem with "A visit to Gregan" quest. First of all I have to say that I completed the first quest of the chain called "Muigin and Larion" then NPC showed me the next quest called "A Visit to Gregan" so i accepted this. But in the same time as I accepted the quest I got killed by Horde. I check my questlog and inventory many times and I didn't get this quest and quest item called "Bloodpetal" too. The Npc had a grey exclamation mark so I can't request or something like that. Can you help me with this?
