N help with an account issue.

Hello,I can't log in with my accounts named
I know the password but am getting the message Disconnected from server.
I made a new account several days ago and have a 4 level hunter on it.
I can log in and play the hunter at any time,but I can't log in with any of my two older accounts.

Please post your character name and the realm you play on. Never post your account name in public.

I belive the character name is Gilesi or Gilessi.
It's an undead warlock,played on the PvP server.
