Why I can't finish The Smoldering Ruins of Thaurissan

Anybody knows why I can't click the require items to hear the story of the Thaurissan to finish the quest? I just can't click them and there is no gear shows when I put my mouse on them. Help!!! P.S. Is it because I play with the OSX?
