Allowed to transfer gold to yourself over AH?

This may have already been asked in a previous post.. but am I allowed to transfer gold to my alternate faction over the neutral auction house as long as only one account is logged in at a time? I don't see how this would be against the rules as it is allowed by game mechanics.. was allowed in retail vanilla.. and you lose about 30% for auction fees in the process. Let me know.
