hmmmmm. "Oops. something went wrong," is a message generated by the browser, not by the web pages error scripting, correct? Each browser you have used is generating a message worded the same way? That doesn't seem right.
If clearing your browser cache makes the message go away, then I would assume the problem is that you've already created the account(s) and the info your entering doesn't match what is saved in your browser. But, try clearing caches first.
If everything you use is returning the same results in three different browsers, then I would asume there's something universally blocking the event from your computer. Try turning off firewall and antivirus settings and anything else that could block access to the site. Of course, if that works, go turn all that crap back on again afterwards.
