I can't reset my talent points!

I have been to every trainer in Org and TB.. I have also relogged multiple times. I can't reset my talent points, I talk to the trainer and it goes straight to training I have no options when talking I can only train. Please help me as soon a possible!

Have you tried disabling all addons and see if that helps?
