can't connect to site (not server)

Hello, I want to create an account and start playing, but as the title says I can't connect to the site (https://en.nostalrius.org) no matter what. :cry:

There is a code error i'm getting: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
Help will be much appreciated!

this issue 9/10 is antivirus software related.
in the settings of your antivirus software you should be able to toggle the ssl software scan.

this is not a uncommon issue.

So someone on this forum replied and told me to try another browser and it worked. But now I have another problem regarding the connection with the server, even though I deleted the WDB and WTF folders every time I start the game it is creating new ones. Is this some kind of a voodoo magic?
