Account or connection issues

I type in my credentials and it says Disconnected from Server i have tried reinstalling and all of the fixes? any help plz n ty

Greetings,

Try changing your country lock setting. You can do this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is not working for you, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.

Hey just reset my password and set my country lock, and as i go to log in it says my account is closed and no longer available for use? and to visit woweurope?

At first it sounded like an IP country lock issue, but upon looking at the account, it appears that this account was banned because it was compromised as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.

The ban has been placed under compromised account review. The review may take some time to complete. We will get back to you with a determination or more instructions in this thread.

alrighty, i honestly play with 10 in real life friends and don't sell gold or ever plan on it. ty for your time and work

You could check my accounts gold history and transactions i have not been selling gold nor have i ever, i have maybe 50g on my account total. would really appreciate to get my account unlocked so i could continue to level and play with my brothers and friends please :)
