Remorse strikes talent rogue

Remorse strikes talent doesn't appear to work at all at least for sinister strike.

lvl 14 gnome rogue. PvE server.

I was told it was RNG reasons it wasn't working by a GM but I feel otherwise...40% crit chance with sinister strike at some point in the 20 mins of testing while I farmed I would have got a crit at some point.

So unless its just me I guess its a bug if not how can i fix it for myself?

It works, I've observed the combat log and seen other rogues get Remorseless Strikes procs when using SS. Try deleting your WDB folder, this can solve 90% of issues.

Didn't work for me or any rogues I asked and grouped with. Perhaps roll a rogue and find out. The buff shows and the crit never comes. Even in the combat logs I see nothing...It doesn't show a crit if it doesn't crit...Literally only have to kill a mob to get the buff but the crit never happens maybe your mistaken. Doesn't really matter like anyone will ever fix it or look at it last gm just said "Yeah its working but you never crit with your 40% chance because its bad luck..." It must be real bad luck i suppose.
