This undead warlock on the PvP server, Locturnal, hired a service to level him from 30 to 60 this past week. I've put in a few GM tickets but also wanted to post on the forums to make sure it gets noticed. Here are a few screenshots of him admitting to it:

I'm not sure what other evidence I could've gathered, but hopefully the staff has a way to check log-in locations.
