Bugged quest: The Rise of the Machines

Hi

I've done the quest, went to BRD and collected the 10x shards required for it, got the dude's head too, but the quest giver just has a grey "?" on top of his head.

Any chance of looking into it?

Drop and repick up the quest. There is a general issue with quests that require multiple of the same item that causes the quest not to be able to be completed if the items are moved (and especially if they are put in the bank) at some point between completing the quest and trying to turn it in.
