account is locked by IP

my friend's account was IP locked, but she forgot the mail address or she typed the wrong mail address. How can she remove the IP lock, as she have changed the living place.would you help her. Character name is Catherinefs, mail address she remembered she typed [email protected],but it is wrong. any help and suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thats her responsibility if she forgot her account info, tough shit thats her fault. Though im pretty sure this is an attempt to gain access to someone else's account.

yes，she made this mistake. we just want to find anyway to solve this problem. Maybe GM can help to remove the IP lock.

I am also sure we do not attempt to gain other's accout. We can provide IP, the time,character name,the last time play time...all the information ,if the GM need .
When you play, you will produce feelings of the character. She can set another character,and a few days it will be 60. But they are different .
