Onyxia loot lost to server crash.

I could have sworn when server crashes happen and the rare occurrence of loot being bugged and it didn't get distributed it was still fulfilled. Remember the PVP server in it's infancy? So many roll backs and loot got handed out still :/

If you didn't make one at any point, it's probably a good idea to do so. You might get a faster response as well.

I also have to agree with Mimma on this one that the wording in the ToU does not actually specify you need a screenshot of either the date of the raid, or of the players who received the items. They specifically state "Screenshot of..." for the items they need these for (raid ID and loot with list of raid members). If it was the intention of the GMs to require screenshots of all four items, it would be good to update the wording to reflect that.

Zwore, do you know if the players who received the items took screenshots of it in their bags maybe? Or is there a screenshot of the raidleader confirming the winners (or the loot going to them) before the crash? Whatever our arguments are, if you had these it would probably help.
